• Overseeing end-to-end finance operations
• Financial planning, reporting & analysis
• Management accounting & reporting
• Month / year end reporting activities
• Striving to continually make improvements to procedures & controls
• Managing a small finance team
• General ad hoc projects

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified Accountant Experience gained in a similar financial management position, ideally within manufacturing Strong IT and organisation skills Strong leadership skills and ability to drive an organisation through major change management processes
