Job Description
  • Ensure employee/HR records are updated and completed to meet employment legislation and business needs
  • Work to an organized HR process
  • Administration of the annual appraisal system
  • Administration of recruitment and induction process
  • Assist with specific HR projects
  • Ensure all staff HR queries are dealt with in a prompt, efficient manner
  • Produce HR information, reports and statistics
  • Maintaining the HR filing system
  • Maintaining HR data on company database and spreadsheets
  • Maintaining sickness, holiday and working time records
  • Any other tasks assigned by the HR team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • At least one years’ strong HR administration experience
  • A degree or FETAC level 8 qualification in HR or related discipline (CIPD accredited preferred)
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Planning, organization, and prioritizing skills
  • Good knowledge of employment law in Ireland
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work without close supervision and set priorities to meet deadlines
  • Strong work ethic and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
