Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic environment of a fast-growing International FMCG company.
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails through the general mailbox
- Conduct clerical duties, such as managing post, ordering office supplies, ordering food for our office, etc.
- Manage office stock and ordering
- Organize and schedule courier shipments, monitoring overall costs
- Manage third party contracts, (Cleaners, IT, Printers, other services)
- Assist in administration of some Human Resource activities such as onboarding new staff
- Manage calendars for team and individual meetings, scheduling for team members when needed
- Book travel for Executive team members as needed, through independent sites or agency
- Organize materials and catering for meetings
- Manage credit card expenses for the office and Executive team members, ensuring proper reporting and documentation
- Arrange POs for office and administration costs through Microsoft Navision
- Organize, arrange, and conduct team meetings
- Manage social activities and events for the team, with assistance of social committee
- Assist Supply Chain with consumer packs for delivery
- Assist project teams as needed
- Other duties may be assigned
