- Monitor monthly statements before they are released, monitor arrears levels, placing accounts on hold when required
- Dealing with customer queries, e.g. balance queries, reissuing statements, queries on statements
- Contacting customers by phone and in writing regarding their account balances/payments
- Liaising with colleagues and other departments to solve issues/ queries
- Setting up new accounts and ensuring customers adhere to their account agreement
- Sending customer accounts to solicitors for debt collection
- Any other duties as assigned by the department manager
