Job Description

We are looking for an Administrator to support a busy Finance department with general office administration and data entry duties.

  • Processing of sales invoices, following up with general administration
  • Assisting with reports, supporting with data entry and ensuring information is updated correctly on the system
  • Providing financial information for the business in relation to creditors and debtors
  • Prepare bank reconciliations
  • To prepare accounts for payments received and purchases
  • Controls day to day incomes and expenditures
  • Support with relating to income statements, balance sheets and analyses of future earnings and income
