Job Description
You will be working with a high profile and diverse client base including OMBs, Groups, PLCs, International companies and Not-for-Profits. You will be a key member of the Audit & Assurance leadership team, leading client meetings, ad hoc specialist projects and regular business development activities.

Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse audit client portfolio
- Monitoring work progress and ensuring appropriate levels of communication with all clients and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring individual and team performance versus original objectives and departmental KPIs
- Coaching and development of audit staff, from new recruits to managers
- Planning and prioritizing of all relevant client work ensuring effective departmental workflow
- Ensuring establishment of scope and budget for each piece of client work
- Providing regular feedback to all team members on their performance
- Building, developing and maintaining a network of new business
- Achieving your own incremental fee target
