Job Description

You will be working with a high profile and diverse client base including OMBs, Groups, PLCs, International companies and Not-for-Profits. You will be a key member of the Audit & Assurance leadership team, leading client meetings, ad hoc specialist projects and regular business development activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse audit client portfolio
  • Monitoring work progress and ensuring appropriate levels of communication with all clients and internal stakeholders
  • Monitoring individual and team performance versus original objectives and departmental KPIs
  • Coaching and development of audit staff, from new recruits to managers
  • Planning and prioritizing of all relevant client work ensuring effective departmental workflow
  • Ensuring establishment of scope and budget for each piece of client work
  • Providing regular feedback to all team members on their performance
  • Building, developing and maintaining a network of new business
  • Achieving your own incremental fee target

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • ACA/ ACCA/ ICAS Qualified + PQE
  • Significant external audit experience
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting standards
  • Strong communication/ business development skills
  • Ambition
