You will assist with the effective deployment of learning programmes for the Audit & Assurance department across leadership, professional and technical skills.
Administer best practice processes in relation to learning events including documentation, communications and planning
Co-ordinate the daily operation of the department by managing all programme logistics
Supporting facilitators for virtual programme deliveries on Zoom (coordinating breakout rooms, recording workshops etc.)
Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) for all course offerings, registrations and attendance
Issue evaluation post-programmes to provide metrics to ensure a continual process of feedback and enhancements
Collating reporting data and presenting in a clear and concise format for key stakeholders.
Fosters strong relationships with multiple key stakeholders and partners.
Support the department on key strategic talent, quality and department projects where required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven track record in a similar coordinator role working in a fast paced environment with a minimum experience of two years.
Strong administration, analytical, attention to detail and organizational skills
Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels
Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly
Demonstrated use of MS applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) is critical to this role
Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams and other platforms is desirable along with experience and knowledge of a Learning Management System
Demonstrated skills in leadership, problem solving and being a team player with strong business acumen
Ability to priorities tasks, to work on multiple assignments while meeting tight deadlines
