Job Description

You will play a vital role in making sure all the vehicles in our customers' fleets are safe and legally compliant by managing and coordinating all the events vehicles need to go through to meet these requirements.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Communicating with both repairers and customers
• Scheduling all compliance events to customer or business requirements
• Progressing receipt of all relevant compliance documentation and certificates
• Regular reporting and system navigation

You're highly organized, persistent, and proactive. You're motivated by making sure things happen when they're meant to, and are able to do so in a way that gives the customer flexibility and a feeling of being taken care of. In addition, we're looking for the following skills and experience:

• High level of attention to detail
• IT literate, and able to learn new systems
• Customer-focused and keen to give phenomenal customer service
• An interest in vehicles would be beneficial but by no means essential
