Job Description
- Responsible for supporting CVP, Regional Managers and HR in supporting daily administration tasks and activities, including managing daily itineraries and compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Responsible for supporting operations team and managing all appropriate admin actions from weekly operations meeting.
- Responsible for all marketing activities, including updating and managing all internal employee resumes.
- Responsible for organizing and issuing Welcome/Starter Packs to all new hires. Also responsible for managing and issuing IT equipment to new and existing employees.
- Responsible for maintaining and ordering Branded merchandise as required.
- Responsible for supporting the office function with all administration tasks for the annual Company retreat.
- Responsible for the administration of the probation process for all new joiners and promotions. This includes tracking dates, issuing reminders to management, and issuing probation letters.
- Responsible for managing the administration tasks for employee training and development programs.
- Responsible for supporting the wider office function as required.
