The CFO will support the business owners and provide strategic input, strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders and funding partners, oversee key projects and provide corporate governance.
You will also ensure the robust financial reporting, management and forecasting from the accounts department and ensure the Group meets its compliance and regulatory obligations.
Experience in M&A, business restructures and due diligence would be an advantage as the Group is considering acquisitions as part of its growth strategy, and the CEO often works with clients going through an exit or acquisition. Experience and comprehension around Companies House filing/documentation an advantage due to new in-house software developments.
Hours are flexible but circa 2 – 4 days a month to start, with some flexibility, and the package/terms are negotiable.
