Job Description
Provides Senior Administrative support to the Assistant Co-General Manager of Global semiconductor manufacturing and other Senior Executives.
Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
Collects, prepares and often manages information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff, board of directors and outside individuals.
Demonstrates independent and advanced decision making for complex problems by utilizing critical thinking, analysis and creative problem solving.
Requires experience in working with senior level executives both internally and externally, as well as experience with customers, vendors, visitors, and other dignitaries of a confidential and non-confidential nature.
Assignments can be complex and deadlines are often narrow and dynamic.
Demonstrates thorough knowledge of the group, division and key stakeholder’s contributions to the group/corporation.
Role may require mentoring and leading the administrative team to ensure corporate processes and procedures are met.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
8 years plus relevant experience supporting at senior executive level in a large multinational or manufacturing industry
The ideal candidate should exhibit behavioral traits that indicate: Strong customer and partner orientation, strong oral and written communication skills, sound judgment and decision-making ability in resolving complex problems and the professional ability to manage sensitive/confidential information.
Ability to manage calendars, perform complex domestic and international travel and meeting coordination.
Demonstrated excellence in event planning and expertise in internal online tools such as travel & expense tools, video collaboration and purchasing and be proficient in Windows office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
Should be self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and understands goals and demands on the team and anticipates/initiates action.
The individual must be proactive and self-directed with the ability to anticipate trouble spots and identify next steps.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Positive energy, enthusiasm and critical thinking are important for success in this role
The candidate will also be expected to work smoothly and professionally with other executive administrators that would enable the ability to facilitate timely results and meet deliverables.
