What is expected?
You will report into the Senior Manager who leads from the front. The main focus for this role will be to manage an established credit function from start to finish along with strong people management skills including one to ones, setting and reviewing KPIS, resolution management and daily reporting.
A hands-on approach is essential with the ability to provide support and problem solving for all areas of the wider business.
What would make you a perfect fit?
You will have proven experience in a transactional finance setting a credit management capacity with a sound Excel skill for reporting purposes. Strong people management is key with the ability to lead from the front with a pro active approach.
