Job Description
  • Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, meetings, and calls with both internal and external stakeholders with the ability to assess priorities and resolve potential conflicts.
  • Arranging complex and detailed domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, including developing agendas, presentations and pertinent logistics regarding meeting room arrangements (software, technical, and coordination).
  • Compile, transcribe, and distribute meeting recaps.
  • Research, priorities, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to Executive Leadership including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
  • Communicate directly and/or draft correspondence on behalf of Executive Leadership.
  • Maintain trust and support cross functionally through effective interactions with dispersed leadership teams and administrative assistants.
  • Manage expense reports using the Concur system.
  • Compile data, prepare reports, memos, letters, presentations, organizational charts, and other relevant documents.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience supporting at C-Suite level
  • Experience in a global business with an understanding of corporate structures and functions
  • Proficient/in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Skype for Business/Teams & Concur
  • Strong technical skills and ability to work with Telepresence and other conference call software such as WebEx
  • Strong creative visual skills with experience in Adobe Suite
  • Experience Concur experience desirable
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with senior executives, key stakeholders and clients
