Job Description
You will report to the Group Protection Team Leader and will work within a team of 12 people. This position includes full ownership for the administration of a Group Protection Voluntary portfolio. You will work closely within our renewal administration team and their designated broker panel to deliver a first-class customer service.
- Priorities and manage your own workload to meet the varying needs of customers/brokers.
- Build relationships to understand what the customer/broker really wants
- Work closely with other members of the team.
- Deal with customer complaints and log appropriately.
- Ensure we meet our obligations under CPC.
- Manage a portfolio of schemes.
