Job Description
  • Perform facilities management to ensure good business environment
  • Coordinate office-fit-out-related paperwork
  • Assist in travel arrangements for colleagues, including visas applications, flight and hotel booking, car rental, etc.
  • Manage dormitory booking and related payment application
  • Facilitate Expat relocation, including IRP registration, house renting, etc.
  • File and archive contracts and documents, hard copies and online system.
  • Manage company SIM cards and monitor phone bills
  • Manage stationary, office and kitchen supplies
  • Organize team-building activities and company events
  • Decorate office for seasonal events and design email/notification templates
  • Ad hoc responsibilities when require

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 2+ years of experience as Admin Assistant (ideally within multinational company)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications specifically for Outlook and/or Email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Preferably basic visual design and graphic design skills
  • Bachelors Degree
