This role will ideally suit a highly driven individual who is determined to make an impact in quality, by driving up quality expectations and standards to meet the business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the needs of the customer and the business are met through driving improvement in Quality KPI’s; including supplier quality performance, product quality supporting the process & procedures with relevant documentation
• A champion for quality, you will work with quality tools like A3 storyboards, DMAIC, Root cause analysis tools providing customers 8D documents
• Working with customers either on-site, phone, email or on their premises you will provide solutions to difficult circumstances, representing the company in a professional manner
• As an Internal auditor you will audit compliance to our ISO9001, 45001 and 14001 Business management systems looking for compliance and opportunities for improvement.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong manufacturing background with the ability to work on own initiative Experience in lean manufacturing techniques Experience in quality working with Business Management systems Internal Auditor with achieved competency Strong communications & presentation skills Be able to travel throughout Europe to visit customers & suppliers, out with “normal” working hours Current driving license
