Job Description
As the Administrator, your main duties will include:
- Data check, interrogation and input/update into spreadsheets
- Data update from spreadsheet information into bespoke software
- Creation of bespoke software events in line with information provided from spreadsheet information
- Processing information/documentation requests
- Dealing with incoming/outgoing post
- Dealing with visitors - organizing meetings and rooms, refreshments etc
- Stationery Ordering
- Interrogating/investigating data and reporting outcomes, solution
