Job Description
  • Monitoring the activity log on a daily basis and identifying owners of cash by cross checking against the payments log
  • Monitoring the Boudreaux tracker and ensuring it is being updated regularly
  • Monitoring the monthly Credit Control report and ensuring comments are input by due date and are sufficient
  • Monitoring the monthly cash tracker to ensure it is completed and followed up when cash not received
  • Running the unallocated report and following up with the team for outstanding actions
  • Assisting with audit/sox requests
  • Collating bordereaux for SII reporting
  • Daily monitoring and filing of emails in mailbox, ensuring all items are picked up and actioned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum 1 year office experience, preferably within the Insurance/Finance industry or in a data processing environment
  • Excellent organizational and numeracy skills
  • High level of Excel skills
  • Basic level of Word & PowerPoint
  • Good ability to communicate with others
  • Excellent attention to detail
