Job Description
Principle Accountabilities:
- To provide general and specific administrative support for the department
- Working to deadlines to ensure customer requirements are achieved
- Flexible approach to work and training
- Respond to all enquiries and prioritise in order of importance.
- Attend relevant meetings when required
- Tracking and logging all jobs on the bespoke data base and ensure that all administration is completed in a timely fashion.
- Setting up contracts on the system with all relevant information required for each enquiry
- Keeping records and information up to date
- Booking and logging the work each week for the technicians
- Pricing and coordinating jobs and sending quotes out to potential clients.
- To work alongside and support other departments and colleagues when required
Both roles will be 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday £8.72 - £9
