Job Description
  • Assist with maintaining record on the firm’s cases and records management system.
  • Supporting the legal and support staff with any queries.
  • Maintaining original documents by ensuring they are logged and tracked on their CRMS accordingly.
  • Ensure correct processing of hard copy files for offsite storage.
  • Liaise with offsite storage provider to ensure any storage requests are processed.
  • Make sure that documents are retrieved and returned to storage within a given time.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Organized individual with a can-do approach to work.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team player, ability to work to deadlines.
  • Strong MS office skills needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management
