Job Description

This role will have a focus on dealing with requests or queries in relation to academic records, including transcripts, education verification, module descriptors and similar queries. It will also include responsibility for arranging the scanning of legacy documents to ensure ease of access for future requests relating to those documents. To look after incoming and outgoing requests relating to academic records. We are seeking an individual who can take ownership of this area and drive improvements and efficiencies.

  • Overall provision of administrative support to the Exams and Academic Operations Management Teams at DBS
  • Handling all requests for transcripts, education verifications, module descriptors and similar
  • Arranging the scanning of legacy documents and verification of output from scanning company
  • Working with the implementation team on a new system for recording transcripts for learners
  • Other general administrative supports for Exams and Academic Operations as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Comfortable with new technologies and systems
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative and in a team environment
  • Flexible to adapt to the dynamics of the work environment
