Statutory accounts and management of external audit process
Analysis of financial performance, and material variances
Oversight and reconciliation of the balance sheet including the Fixed Asset register, including physical verification of assets
Providing support of annual budget and quarterly P&L forecast updates
Short-term cash forecasting
Management of a small team
