  • Assisting with payments and accounts
  • Dealing with supplier/customer account queries and following up
  • Posting receipts and preparing lodgments
  • Posting purchase and expense invoices
  • Posting of payments on accounts system
  • Preparing weekly monthly reports as needed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
