You will be articulate, confident, a team player and strong communicator.
Duties:
Answering the phones in a professional and helpful manner at all times
Passing on messages to the relevant person efficiently
Working with Candidate databases and introducing potential Jobseekers to the Consultants
Arranging meetings
Formatting Job Descriptions and CVs on behalf of Consultants - Proof reading, placing into third party and checking grammar
Referencing and vetting of candidates upon registration
Diary management
Maintain the Security of the office at all times
Arrange the weekly clean of the office
Post management
Arranging staff cover
Organisation of conference calls
Night service responsibility
Meeting room preparation/ management
Friday Fridge organisation and management
Uploading CVs onto the IPAD and arranging all equipment for external meetings
Stock management
Greeting candidates and clients when they come in for meetings
Petty cash allocation
Organisation of internal team events
Maintaining Job Library
PA duties for Directors
Liaison with external suppliers/ maintenance staff
Create relevant business accounts such as UBER, hotels, trains
Cost analysis with potential Suppliers
Team meeting agenda and minute taking - responsible for the organisation and management of such
