Job Description

You will get the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative organization within a growing market.

  • Meet and greet all visitors
  • Give a good impression of the company at all times
  • Organize travel arrangements; book flights, hotels and transfers etc
  • Consolidate board papers
  • Deal with confidential material in a professional and discrete manner
  • Answer and filter enquiries to the relevant teams
  • Book and prepare meeting rooms for board meetings and other events
  • Book taxis, arrange couriers, manage incoming & outgoing post
  • Admin support to office manager and wider team when needed
  • Assist with office tasks, such as copying, printing, and binding
  • Monthly expenses for Senior Management team
  • Stock management and ordering stock
  • Build and manage relationships with preferred suppliers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of online booking systems
  • Strong organization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage their time accordingly
