- Meet and greet all visitors

- Consolidate board papers
- Deal with confidential material in a professional and discrete manner
- Answer and filter enquiries to the relevant teams
- Book and prepare meeting rooms for board meetings and other events
- Book taxis, arrange couriers, manage incoming & outgoing post
- Admin support to office manager and wider team when needed
- Assist with office tasks, such as copying, printing, and binding
- Monthly expenses for Senior Management team
- Stock management and ordering stock
- Build and manage relationships with preferred suppliers
