Job Description

· Assist Industrial Management Accountant in recording and analysing financial information for monthly reporting to senior team and UK directors.
· Prepare financial and management control reports for senior team.
· Creation and ownership of new data files as requested for various different aspects of the company to help improve performance and ability to quickly analyse data.
· Create procedures to improve capturing of data for analysis and reporting purposes.
· Control and manage stock reconciliation daily and provide information on variances when required.
· Provide cover for Industrial Management Accountant as required (monthly reporting, balance sheet reconciliations etc.)
· Provide cover for Planning Manager when required (after completion of adequate training period).
· Provide cover for purchase ledger assistant (raising payments, entering invoices etc.)
· Cover for general reception duties.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate advanced Excel knowledge to quickly be able to provide information from various sources of large data which is easy to navigate and understand
