Strong NetSuite support experience of NetSuite OneWorld implementation
Experience of managing multiple systems integration with NetSuite
Used to working in a global matrix organisation
Experience of implementing and administering necessary controls to ensure integrity and accuracy of data
Experience of successfully managing system-related projects
Ability to travel overseas occasionally

Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent relevant work experience in Accounting and Finance (CIMA / ACCA, CPA or equivalent essential)
Responsibilities:
Become the main point of contact and support for the Group and Regional Finance teams on all matters relating to the financial transaction, reporting and consolidation within NetSuite and related tools
Act as the company lead managing the usage, training, processes and data of NetSuite to ensure a single point of control on the financial data structure
Maintain and update the reporting entity structure within the Group systems, to ensure all financial information is captured and consolidated for new acquisitions and their reporting entities
Work closely with the other regions and Group Finance Systems Administrator to co-ordinate all changes required to the NetSuite and Engage systems, as required, to satisfy external and internal reporting requirements
Manage the overall NetSuite Chart of Accounts and ensure it works efficiently with the current PBCS setup
