Job Description
Customer Service Operator Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering first class customer service to clients
- To liaise with various other departments both within the business and third parties
- Work to companies' policies and procedures
- Raising invoices
- Constant review of working process and offer ideas on improvements
- To produce internal and external reports
Customer Service Operator Key Requirements:
Must have freight, logistic, transport or container background
Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint)
Previous experience in Customer service teams
Well organised and work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Full Drivers licence
