Job Description

Customer Service Operator Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering first class customer service to clients
  • To liaise with various other departments both within the business and third parties
  • Work to companies' policies and procedures
  • Raising invoices
  • Constant review of working process and offer ideas on improvements
  • To produce internal and external reports

Customer Service Operator Key Requirements:

  • Must have freight, logistic, transport or container background

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Previous experience in Customer service teams

  • Well organised and work under pressure

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Full Drivers licence
