Job Description
. The role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective running of any administrative work within the department working 4on/4off, hours 06:00 to 18:00.
Main duties include (but not limited to):
- Production of accurate and appropriate Despatch Notes
- Maintaining the loading of orders on to NAV, ensuring that all information is kept up to date
- Checking all loading/transport information prior to use, ensuring that all details are correct
- Updating and maintaining the booking purchases and returns spreadsheet
- To develop communication with sales and production personnel across the site, ensuring clear channels of communication and sharing of appropriate information.
- Answer incoming calls and deal with any queries
- Update the supermarket pick sheets to ensure correct pallets are provided to outside hauliers
- Amend supermarket orders when account managers request this
- Manually raise sales orders in NAV from faxes, emails and sales sheets
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the work that is carried out
