Job Description

Customer
o             Creating Customer records 
o             Creating part numbers
o             Creating sales orders ready for contract review 
o             Creating call-offs and works orders and allocating works orders

General
o             Answering Main switchboard
o             Front of house and office duties
o             Booking training courses, eye tests, van service
o             Booking and arranging travel and transport, and social events
o             Co-ordination of paperwork/travel/hotels for any events and shows 
o             Maintaining holiday tracker's with entitlements.
Full time - Mon to Thur 8:30 to 5pm and Friday 8:30 to 4pm

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
 Strong written and oral communication skills o    Excellent telephone manner o    Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office o    High levels of customer service delivery. o    Commercial awareness o    Attention to detail o    Be able to work as part of a team. o    Be well motivated and organised
