Job Description
This role would involve collaborating with both operational and transformation teams from across the company to set objectives, define the accountabilities of the finance controls, while also helping priorities and deliver continuous improvement and our high level of reporting standards.
You'll have the following responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for ICOFR controls transformation
- Responsible for setting the vision, the objectives and KPI's for financial controls transformation and then driving delivery and continuous improvement across the business
- Ensure the output of all the finance controls meet all the ICOFR/COSO based framework
- Work with all relevant parts of the business and transformation teams to ensure controls transformation is embedded in the programmes, with a clearly defined RACI
- Integrating key business controls into SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining close working relationships with all teams involved in the areas and host regular director level meetings
- Support transformation programmes with skills in controls, excellence, change management and problem solving to drive toward required outcomes
- Providing advice/support and delivering communications and training to the business units or group operations
- Directly influence senior management thinking (typically CFO level) and be an agent of change
