Job Description

You will provide administration support to enable debt disputes to be resolved in a timely manner. The responsibilities will include

  • Being the central point of contact for Credit Controllers for debt dispute queries
  • Assist in resolving disputes assigned to the team in a prompt and efficient manner including liaison with internal stakeholders
  • Provide paperwork and information to help resolve debt disputes
  • Assist team as and when necessary with ad-hoc tasks

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Have experience within an administration or credit control role
  • Have strong IT skills and be highly organized
  • Be a team player
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be a self-starter with a positive attitude
  • Understanding of credit control is desirable
