Job Description
You will provide administration support to enable debt disputes to be resolved in a timely manner. The responsibilities will include
- Being the central point of contact for Credit Controllers for debt dispute queries
- Assist in resolving disputes assigned to the team in a prompt and efficient manner including liaison with internal stakeholders
- Provide paperwork and information to help resolve debt disputes
- Assist team as and when necessary with ad-hoc tasks
