Job Description
You will maintain calendar of appointments, schedule and coordinate travel arrangements and internal/external meetings, process expense claims for SMT members and provide general administrative support including preparation of correspondence, presentations and reports, composing of routine correspondence and memoranda, and maintenance of confidential records and information, for the SMT members and their teams.
- Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, expenses, and coordinate related arrangements.
- Responsible for taking, circulating, filing and maintaining the minutes of various corporate and Committee level meetings.
- Identify data trends and clearly articulate their potential impacts to existing processes, systems, data and people.
- Liaise closely with Internal Compliance team to ensure adherence to all internal & external audit requirements. Collaborate with Operations, Credit and IT functions, to drive the strategy and the evolution of future roadmaps.
- Provide support on projects aimed at improving operational effectiveness and productivity across the Operations, Credit and IT functions in conjunction with central teams.
