Job Description
This is a fast paced and dynamic role with the opportunity to work with senior level executives across the business. You will manage day-to-day administrative duties and will be the first point of contact for their clients and visitors. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the office is kept running smoothly on a daily basis, and to assist the wider team with ad-hoc business support requests.
Responsibilities:
- Front of House management including meet and greet of all incoming visitors and guests in a welcoming and friendly manner
- Answering incoming calls taking detailed messages when required
- Monitor company inbox and respond to enquiries or escalate where necessary
- Scheduling and setting up for appointments, meetings, and ensuring meeting rooms are adequately set up
- Sorting and distribution of all deliveries and post
- Organizing couriers and taxies as required
- Scanning, filing and updating CRM database
- Assist with preparation of various correspondence, reports or presentations for board meetings
- Manage office supplies including stationary, catering requests and be the point of contact for third party vendors and suppliers
- General ad-hoc and project administration
- Assist with Executive support e.g. diary management, travel arranging
