  • Contacting default customers via telephone/letter
  • Negotiating with customers to achieve resolution of arrears
  • Maintaining client records
  • Adherence to company and regulatory guidelines
  • Ability to manage and priorities workflow
  • Working in a fast-paced team environment

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Display strong administrative capabilities
  • The ability to pay attention to detail
  • Computer literate with good keyboard skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including a good telephone manner
  • Good organizational skills with a proven ability to priorities tasks
  • Previous experience of working in a recovery environment is essential
  • QFA or APA qualified or working towards qualification desirable
