Job Description

The role is to Supply Technical assistance and knowledge within the business to supporting their internal data base external customer queries and manage regulatory requirements within the product portfolio.

A technical background within the plumbing and bathroom industry is a pre requisite for this role.

Key Skills

Self-reliant, confident and a team player. Able to work in a demanding environment and should process problem solving skills, project management skills and leadership skills.

Ideally you will have knowledge of the bathroom/ plumbing market and the installation of the products.

  • Product Data collation
  • WRAS Approvals
  • BSI Standards
  • Spares Database
  • Installation and Technical Information
  • Site Visits (Customer Complaints)
  • Supplier re-charge - NCR reports
  • Training and Assistance
