Job Description

You will have previous experience working as an office coordinator in a busy office. Our client is offering an excellent salary and benefits package and the opportunity to play an integral role within a growing team.

  • Meet and greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner 
  • Liaise with Facilities and building management team
  • Answer calls and transfer as appropriate
  • Manage the day to day operations of the office and ensure reception area, meeting rooms and common areas are maintained to high standard
  • Provide EA Support to the Managing Director
  • Assist with the planning and Preparation of meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Provide support to the senior management team and other staff as required
  • Book and manage Hotel and travel arrangements as required
  • Look after Couriers, incoming and outgoing mail in an efficient manner 
  • Assist with the distribution of Board/Risk/Audit Packs to the Directors and ensure they are uploaded correctly to the online platform.
  • Any other ad-hoc projects

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Must have min 2 year’s experience working in a similar role 
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential
  • Strong reporting experience
  • Capability to manage a varied workload and able to perform under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
