Job Description
You will have previous experience working as an office coordinator in a busy office. Our client is offering an excellent salary and benefits package and the opportunity to play an integral role within a growing team.
- Meet and greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Liaise with Facilities and building management team
- Answer calls and transfer as appropriate
- Manage the day to day operations of the office and ensure reception area, meeting rooms and common areas are maintained to high standard
- Provide EA Support to the Managing Director
- Assist with the planning and Preparation of meetings, conferences, and events.
- Provide support to the senior management team and other staff as required
- Book and manage Hotel and travel arrangements as required
- Look after Couriers, incoming and outgoing mail in an efficient manner
- Assist with the distribution of Board/Risk/Audit Packs to the Directors and ensure they are uploaded correctly to the online platform.
