Job Description
  • Receipting of cash and updating records.
  • Ensuring that cash books balances each day.
  • Credit control of balances left by insurance companies.
  • Assist Credit Control with issuing patient payable letters.
  • Management of petty cash.
  • Providing quotations to potential patients and consultant's secretaries.
  • General office duties, including franking post, filing etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Must be available immediately.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of computerized accounting system & credit control and debtor’s ledger - desirable
  • Excellent organizational and communication
  • Previous experience in a hospital environment would be an advantage.
