Job Description
The ideal candidate will be experienced in working in a fast-paced environment whilst undertaking a variety of administrative duties and have the tenacity and know how to take the lead as situations arise.
JOB ROLE (not limited to):
- Provide administrative support to all departments.
- Facilitate calls from the 70,000.00+ customer base.
- Deal with driver queries.
- Manage and build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Order taking, processing and filing.
- Inputting financial data and dealing with customer enquiries
- Adhering to all company policy.
- Resolve customer care issues.
- Adhering to all company policy.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous office experience is essential. Confident telephone manner. High level of attention to detail. The ability to multi-task. Ability to work in a team and assist others as necessary.
