Job Description

You will play a key part in maintaining controls around fixed assets in line with Group Accounting Policy and will have the ability to make a positive impact on developments within the business.
Responsibilities will include;

• Team management
• Managing the delivery of overhead expense processes in the shared service centre.
• Delivery of accounting processes to ensure SAP based accounting records for costs are maintained 
• Ensuring accounting is in line with accounting standards and group accounting policies.
• Produce and deliver analysis on financial transactions to aid understanding of financial position.
• Assist with external audit queries and manage audit data
• Review, develop and improve processes

The successful candidate is likely to be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant experience of financial accounting in a commercial organization, managing audits and preparing statutory accounts
