Job Description


THE ROLE
* To communicate with both the Sales department and labelling department regarding new products
* To submit the artwork for approval as and when is required
* To check and approve any new products specifications
* To enter specification data onto the company system as required
* To summarise product development as required
* To identify and report any issues relating to existing or new products
* To complete all customer documentation, including specifications, questionnaires and packaging information
* To provide general assistance to the Technical Manager or Assistance Technical Manager
* Covering for Quality Control in their absence:
* Any other related duties as requested


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of current Food Safety, Food Labelling and other relevant legislation * Team working * Excellent Influencing Skills * Ability to meet deadlines * Level of problem solving * Customer Service experience * Attention to detail * Good written and verbal communication skills * Ability to delegate * IT Skills -excel, word and sharepoint * Label software experience * Experience with Visma * Experience customer specification portals
