Job Description

This role will work closely with the commercial and operations teams in their delivery of sales growth and new product development and launch. A key part of this role is the ability to present complex data in an effective manner whilst using dashboard and modelling tools to drive insight and efficiency, and key responsibilities include:

  • Management and tracking of trading KPIs, including:
    • Sales pipeline analysis (order book to conversion metrics)
    • Monthly actual sales, revenue, WIP and margin reporting
    • Monthly sales, revenue, WIP and margin forecasting
    • Annual actual sales, revenue, WIP and margin forecasting / budgeting
  • Partner with the commercial teams to support and approve pricing for new and renewing business
  • Partner with the commercial teams to support new bids
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive margin optimization
  • In conjunction with the Head of Marketing, review of monthly marketing performance including tracking ROI on campaigns
  • Attend and contribute to weekly sales meetings. Develop reporting pack in line with business requirements using dashboard data
  • Identify risks and opportunities in trading outlook
  • Contribute to the production of the monthly board pack and other presentations as relevant to commercial activities of the business
  • Monthly reporting and tracking of operational throughput and chargeable people optimization
  • Support on mergers and acquisitions where applicable
