Job Description

Your role will involve job advertising, applicant and database management to ensure compliance with internal, client and regulatory documentation and recruitment standards, all in accordance.
We are looking for someone with strong multi-tasking, organizational and prioritization skills and previous experience working in an office environment. This is a job with a lot of variety and offers the opportunity to up skill in IT and gain experience in HR. 
Key duties and responsibilities of the role:

  • Ensuring jobs are posted on the website, relevant platforms and on social media
  • Managing all incoming applications in line with Operating Procedures
  • Setting up new Temp Workers on the HR Internal System (HRIS), following up on HR documents and answering any queries they may have about using the HRIS
  • Generating weekly and monthly reports, undertaking compliance activities, making ID badged, performing uniform checks
  • Answering the office phones on a rotational basis

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English
  • Aptitude and experience in using digital tools, software and databases
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic and willingness to learn SOPs, systems and regulatory policies that impact your role
  • Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
