Job Description
  • Assist with the entry of invoices while liaising with both Fee Earners and Secretaries on any issues that arise.
  • Ensure Fee Earners are setup on the system and rates entered.
  • Assist with the rate setups for eBilling and ensure that the appropriate flags are maintained for reporting through the system.
  • Set and report exception rates for certain clients.
  • Ensure that appropriate AOL checks have been completed.
  • Check the internal HR systems for up to date notifications on people changes.
  • Setting of client group for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain any annual rate increases are processed into the system.
  • Lead the end-to-end quality of eBilling services.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • BA in Business or related subject.
  • Previous experience working in a busy accounts team.
  • Previous eBilling experience is beneficial.
  • Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communicator with team work abilities.
  • Good MS Office skills.
