This position will report to the Business Manager and be responsible for providing admin support in a new busy department that has recently been set up.
Duties of the role will include;
- Providing customer support
- Service query resolutions
- Updating new business win contracts
- Uploading customer information into the system
- Account management support
- Admin support to the Business Development / Sales Team
- Management of any adhoc admin duties as required
- Knowledge of CRM ideal
-Knowledge of Excel to intermediate level or above ideal

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate on application having held a similar role previously and be able to work under limited supervision in a busy office environment
