Job Description
- Liaising with overseas Member Firms to obtain information to update the content held within the tool;
- Where information is publicly available in English, reviewing appropriate tax authority websites to obtain the information;
- Working with the UK team to obtain sign off on the updates and finalize on the system;
- Testing the operation of the tool – with the assistance of the team/IT support;
- Helping client users who have operational problems, liaising with IT support as required, maintaining a log of common issues and solutions;
- Escalating / flagging any urgent issues to the wider UK team to ensure that they are dealt with in a timely manner;
- Liaising with the Client Account team to set up new clients on the software;
- Project management of any future upgrades of the tool;
- Helping to prepare for presentations and pitches to new clients, and potentially taking a role in the pitch presentations
- Helping to deliver training to new clients on how to use the tool
The successful candidate does not need to have specialist tax knowledge or experience (training will be provided); however a background in finance/accounting and experience of working in a client facing role in the professional services sector would be preferred.
